What's Happening?

In preparation for upcoming 2026 football season, several updates will impact parking availability on the west side of Albertsons Stadium. These changes include an expanded security footprint, repaving (and potential renumbering) of the West Stadium Lot, and the introduction of the North End Zone facility.

Because of these adjustments, we will be reallocating parking in all lots except the East Stadium Lot and Cesar Chavez Lane. Preserving the east-side tailgating experience remains a priority for us, and these changes are designed with that in mind. We are also grateful for all of Bronco Nation in creating an elite gameday atmosphere, and we want to work with each member of the community as we go through this transition.

How Will This Work?

If you currently hold a parking pass in one of the impacted lots, there is no action required at this time. In March 2026, you will receive additional details outlining the process to opt in to purchase a parking pass and designate your parking preferences.

We are also actively exploring opportunities to add additional parking locations for our members to consider at that time.

Impact of Parking Reallocation for East Stadium and Cesar Chavez Pass Holders
NO changes for the East Stadium Parking Lot or Cesar Chavez Lane Pass Holders

2026 Football Parking Selection Process
In mid-March 2026, the BAA will contact all football season ticket members to begin the parking opt-in process. At that time, you will receive detailed information regarding parking lot availability, pricing, and next steps.
The parking submission deadline will be mid-May 2026. Following the deadline, parking assignments will be completed through a manual review process using the BAA Priority Ranking System. Click here to learn more about BAA Priority Ranking. Parking assignments will then be finalized over the months that follow.
To help distribute parking opportunities in a fair and thoughtful way, we will use a tiered allocation system within each BAA Membership Level.
Each membership level will include three tiers, and parking passes will be allocated in order based on the BAA Priority Ranking System, beginning with Tier 1 and progressing through Tier 3:
TIER 1 TIER 2 TIER 3
Please note that parking lots themselves will not be assigned by tier. Instead, tiers are used to prioritize the allocation of parking passes within each membership level. As a result, members with multiple parking passes may not receive spaces located next to one another.

How am I Impacted as a Lyle Smith Society Member?
You will continue to get a complimentary parking pass. It will be assigned as a TIER 1 Pass.
Suite Holder Parking Eligibility
Suite holders will receive one complimentary parking pass for every four seats in their suite. Complimentary parking passes will be allocated using the tiered assignment structure outlined below:
A maximum of two TIER 1 Passes, with remaining passes being TIER 2
Loge Box Holder Parking Eligibility
Loge Box holders will receive one complimentary parking pass for every four seats in their box. Complimentary parking passes will be allocated using the tiered assignment structure outlined below:
Receive one complimentary TIER 1 Pass
6 & 8 seat boxes will also receive a TIER 2 Pass
Club/Ledge Seat Holder Parking Eligibility
Club and Ledge seat members will be eligible to purchase one parking pass for every four seats, with parking passes allocated using the tiered assignment structure outlined below:
Eligible to purchase up to one TIER 1 Pass and a TIER 2 Pass for every additional set of four seats
Please note: Parking will no longer be automatically included with Club seating.
BAA Member Parking Eligibility
Season ticket members at the following BAA membership levels will be eligible to purchase one parking pass for every four seats. Parking passes will be allocated using the tiered assignment structure outlined below.
$2,500+ BAA Members
Purchase up to two TIER 2 Passes and additional TIER 3 passes as needed
$500-$2,500 BAA Members
Purchase one TIER 2 Pass and additional TIER 3 passes as needed
All other levels are allowed to purchase TIER 3 passes as needed
If you are interested in purchasing a parking pass but do not currently hold football season tickets, parking passes will become available for purchase after the parking allocation process is completed, pending remaining inventory.
