What's Happening?
In preparation for upcoming 2026 football season, several updates will impact parking availability on the west side of Albertsons Stadium. These changes include an expanded security footprint, repaving (and potential renumbering) of the West Stadium Lot, and the introduction of the North End Zone facility.
Because of these adjustments, we will be reallocating parking in all lots except the East Stadium Lot and Cesar Chavez Lane. Preserving the east-side tailgating experience remains a priority for us, and these changes are designed with that in mind. We are also grateful for all of Bronco Nation in creating an elite gameday atmosphere, and we want to work with each member of the community as we go through this transition.
How Will This Work?
If you currently hold a parking pass in one of the impacted lots, there is no action required at this time. In March 2026, you will receive additional details outlining the process to opt in to purchase a parking pass and designate your parking preferences.
We are also actively exploring opportunities to add additional parking locations for our members to consider at that time.
Introduction of BAA Giving Levels
What Are We Changing?
To maintain your new football parking, the BAA giving level you select during the reallocation will need to be renewed each year. This ensures consistent access to the benefits tied to your membership level.
Please keep this in mind as you choose your BAA Membership level going into the reallocation process.
How will this Work for Renewals Going Forward?
- At the beginning of every BAA Drive Year, which starts on January 1, you will receive a renewal for the BAA Giving Level connected to your football parking.
- To keep your parking, your membership will need to be renewed, either paid in full or placed on a payment plan, by the established deadline.
- If you choose to renew your BAA Membership at a lower giving level, here's what happens:
- Your parking will return to the open inventory for that season.
- Your updated priority ranking will determine your new parking selection time during the seating/parking upgrade process.
- You will then select new parking, which will establish the updated BAA Giving Level associated with your tickets and parking moving forward.
