Priority Ranking System

The Priority Ranking System is designed to reward and protect our members by establishing a criteria that recognizes giving, loyalty and affinity to Bronco Athletics in the allocation of tickets and other benefits. The BAA adopted a new priority ranking model in 2022 in order to better recognize our members for all of their gifts made to Boise State Athletics in a given year.

Annual priority ranking is now determined by annual giving level first, and by priority points second. Your annual giving investment to Boise State Athletics places you in a specific giving level. Within each giving level, BAA members are then ranked in order by priority point total. This allows for the recognition of historical giving.

Priority Ranking Examples

Buster Bronco gives a total of $5,000 annually to Boise State Athletics through various gift categories. Buster’s annual investment aligns him with all over $5,000 cumulative giving level members (Roughrider Level). All Roughrider members are then ranked in order based upon their total number of priority points. Members of a specific annual giving level maintain a higher priority ranking than members of any preceding level regardless of priority point total.

What are Priority Points?

Priority points recognize loyal and consistent BAA members and season ticket holders. Priority points ensure fair and equitable allocation of high demand items, such as bowl tickets and season ticket upgrades. Priority points also serve as an incentive for new and current members to go above and beyond with their gifts to Bronco Athletics!

Guidelines

Priority points are allocated based on three main categories:

1. Giving

2. Loyalty

3. Affinity

Each of these categories are made up of actionable items with specified point values. The point totals accrued from each of the categories will be combined to create your overall point total. This total will be used to rank you among all current members within your giving level. This rank can change throughout the year, based upon an increase of points from you, or other members. Away and neutral site game tickets
Additional home game tickets
Football bowl and basketball postseason tickets
Season ticket upgrades
New or additional season tickets
Football and basketball parking
BAA events and other benefits
